So now on to the plywood for this project. I purchased several sheets of good one side exterior grade fir plywood in various thicknesses. Below are some pictures of the marked ply wood. Take your time here, spend a little time to familiarize yourself with the plans and how to go about marking out the various pieces of plywood for your project.

This is half inch plywood for the boat bottom. The horizontal lines are the station lines marked at 12 inch intervals.

This is three eighths plywood to be doubled for the transom.

This it one quarter inch plywood for the sides. It seemed a bit thin but I decided that since I was going to fiberglass the exterior and the interior with six ounce glass cloth and epoxy it should be strong enough.
