So the boat has shape and is held together with peanut butter, zip ties and a few nuts and bolts. Time to remove the nuts and bolts and finish the filleting of the interior seams and to reinforce those seams with fiberglass cloth and epoxy.

Funny thing is, is that when the fiberglass cloth is wetted out you don't really see it. It turns from white to clear. Really cool!! Here are some pics of the completed filleted seams and seams after the fiberglass had been applied.

Bolts pulled ready for the final filleting.

Fiberglass in the corner. It took a fair amount of epoxy to wet this glass out but the results I thought were pretty good.

Seams pretty much complete except for where the main brace is installed. The brace will be pulled later and that short space will get a peanut butter fillet and fiberglass.

Now that the glass has been installed and cured the boat actually became quite solid.
